I was very interested in the storage capacity and pockets of the bag. Once I got it, I love the quality and feel of the bag. So far it’s exceeding my expectations.

As previous reviewers mentioned Zero, zip, nada customer service is worthless. Lifetime Warranty? Perhaps by the time I die I may hear back from them. Submit a claim? your lucky if you hear back in a month unless you complain and even then they say 'sorry' it take 4-6 weeks to process claim. Same issue I have read about with their backpacks - the front main compartment zipper separates from the bag and tears out... Love the bag, hate the company. Stay away

AVOID this company! Zero customer service!
No customer phone / text / email accessible. Even my order number is not recognized. I bought the bag from costco next as I trusted costco but it's totally independent from costco and no support at well.
And there's NO way you can return.

Shipping was quick and clean, and the bag was everything I was looking for!
Great bag for school, compact and light.

I recently purchased a vacuum travel bag directly from Nomatic. From the get go it did not hold a seal and did not compress clothing. Unfortunately I no longer had the original email from Nomatic with the order number. I had the shipping email from UPS and all original tags etc. I emailed the company several times and they never contacted me. So from my perspective their customer service is non existent and their product is useless.

Top quality backpacks, really one of the best on the market. The quality of the materials used and the number of features the bag offers keep it well above the others. Definitely worth their value.

After purchasing the PM travel bag I was stoked when they released the every day bag. The bag came and I noticed the zips they advertised were not on the inside of the bag and I was offered a replacement bag, kind of annoying or petty I thought but they prided themselves on these cool zips.

So the 2nd bag came yesterday and the button for "the loft" was not attached, it looks crushed and won't do up. Emailed GOMATIC again and they offered me a 10% refund as they have no replacement parts and was not offered a replacement bag. For a £370 bag I really dont expect anything to be wrong twice.

Customer Service was quick at sorting it out, the build quality is good but how did I get 2 faulty bags in a row.

Overall the bag is great and I can't knock the rest of it. Just wish there was better quality control and I know thats hard to do when things are made in other countries and you can't check everyone of them. I guess it's just my luck.

Backpack zipper separated from fabric. Company took a week to respond then said they didn't want to send the bag for repair, so they will ship a new one. Great! Well, not so much. It has been now seven weeks and nothing but excuses (“ delay in shipping” “backlogs” “be patient”). Seven weeks SO FAR and no word when they will honor their warranty. You were warned.
